Quikrete Construction Materials will appear before the Lower Blue Planning Commission on Thursday, August 20th at 5:30pm, requesting a 15-year renewal of its Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to mine gravel and crush recycled asphalt (RAP) at Maryland Creek Ranch. The meeting is scheduled to be held in the Mount Royal Room, at the County Commons in Frisco.
Quikrete acquired Kilgore Companies LLC, and leases the land from owner, Everist Land Holdings, LLC. Quikrete told the County the site lease continues through 2057.
