Congratulations to Lynn Amstutz and Bob Girvin, recipients of the 2025 and 2026 FOLBR Founders Awards. FOLBR’s new Project Manager Patrick Chandler gave us the latest on the development of the Sustainability Plan for the Lower Blue River; Water Commissioner Troy Wineland shared just how serious our drought truly is; and Hannah Ohlson with Summit Fire and EMS shared ways the fire department can help us be wildfire safe.
FOLBR Members Elect the New Board of Directors
The Executive Board of FOLBR includes Kurt Dallow as President; Jonathan Knopf, Vice President; Nick Zomer, Treasurer and Bryn Miller, Secretary. Board members elected include Nancy Lippe, Karn Steigelmeyer, Brien Rose, John Hillman and Doug Childs. We are also pleased to announce soon-to-be-former State Legislator and Speaker of the House Julie McCluskie is joining the FOLBR Board.
