Congratulations to all and thanks for the outpouring of response against Peak Material's effort to mine gravel in the Lower Blue River Valley. The letter seen above comes from Eric Scott, the Environmental Specialist for the State Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety.

Because the DRMS received 150 objections to Peak Ranch Resource, it has pushed the decision date by two months into 2021.

We've been told the DRMS will be notifying everyone who submitted letters of objection regarding the public hearing schedule and guidelines. So stay tuned and stay vocal!
